Your hoop should idealy be stored lying flat in a cool, dry place. Under a bed makes a great storage spot! Do not leave your hoop in a hot car for any longer than absolutely necessary - this will warp your hoop. This rule goes for collapsible hoops especially - warping may cause collapsible hoops to come apart. Try to use your hoop only over soft surfaces, such as grass or carpeting. Rough surfaces such as concrete will scrape the tape on your hoop.
